HoldSell Audio Overview

HoldSell software allows you to keep your customer's interest while they are on hold, waiting to do business with you. Having their undivided attention allows you to communicate your latest information, offerings, specials and more.

HoldSell Features

  • Simple network based user interface allows you to manage HoldSell without having to be near the phone system.
  • Runs completely unattended as a Windows Service to increase reliability
  • Creating playlists of music and voice ads is as easy as dragging songs from one list to another.
  • 'Plus' option allows you to add/remove media in real time, the basic version refreshes over night.
  • Minimal hardware requirements - almost any PC that's less than five years old will be able to run HoldSell

Make use of 'on hold' time

Marketing experts will tell you that a very powerful way to increase sales is to advertise to your customers while they're on hold. Why? Because you already have a captive audience that wants to deal with you.

HoldSell is Microsoft WindowsTM based software which delivers on hold music and regularly scheduled voice ads with minimal effort and no fuss. You select which audio messages to play and when -- HoldSell automatically handles the rest.

Automatic mixing

Before HoldSell plays a voice message, it automatically fades the music to create a 'music bed' -- this is when the background music plays under your dialogue or narration. The end result is a professional sounding on hold service.

Simple to install and cost-effective to maintain

Most phone systems (PBX, Key, Digital systems) have an input for On Hold Audio. Hardware installation is as simple as plugging the audio out from your PC into your phone system.

If your small business phone does not have a built in Hold system, affordable hardware will allow you to add a Hold button with On Hold Audio capabilities.

"I called my own business looking for someone and was put on hold while they were brought to the phone. I was impressed with how effectively HoldSell kept my interest and presented my business information!"

-- Jim

Message scheduling

It's up to you -- you can set which messages to play during business hours and which to play after hours. You can also individually set messages to be included all the time.
